Rattlesnake Linguini

1/2 cup olive oil
6 diced garlic cloves
1 can of tomatoes
1 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. salt
juice from 1 lime
1 lb. rattlesnake meat
1 lb linguini or other

Simmer rattlesnake snake meat in water and lemon juice for 1.5 hours.
After cooking, remove from pot and separate meat from the bones.

Combine meat with other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
